As a Med Surgery Registered Nurse at Crozer, you willprovide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care by coordinating patient care, and working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families.
Your day can vary from assessments, using IV skills or EKG, giving Meds and evaluations, to utilizing Combative Patient Skills training, including de-escalation.

Responsibilities Assessing Patients Developing Individualized Plans of Care Following of Five Medication Rights Performing Patient Care Equipment Utilization Responding to Crises, Using De-escalation, Restraints and Patient Seclusion Documenting Nursing Process Communicating with the Physician Requirements o BSN preferred o Current PA RN License o BCLS certification We offer thelargest network of primary care physicians in the county,as well as four hospitals toserve your needs, fromdelivering babies to open-heart surgery.
